Dr. Racela is a graduate of the University of the Philippine College of Dentistry and holds a private practice at the St. Luke's Medical Center in Manila. He has a Masters Degree in Hospital Management and is currently pursuing a 2nd Masters Degree in Periodontology at the Centro Escolar University. He has held many positions in the field of organized dentistry such as the Founding President of the Philippine College of Oral Implantologists (PCOI), a Diplomate and Board Member of the World Academy of Ultrasonic Piezoelectric Surgery (WAUPS), and a Convenor of the Asia Pacific Academy of Implant Dentistry (APAID). Dr. Racela is a key opinion leader for Dentsply Sirona and a senior lecturer for Oneplant Philippines Academy and a former Member of the Faculty of Univ. of the East College of Dentistry, Manila, Philippines.
